• Downpipes are generally a like for like replacement however we do offer upgrades and modifications to improve drainage.

Roof Access Systems/Anchor Point installation is a safe and effective system that facilitates maintenance, repairs and inspections and also adheres to industry safety standards and regulations.

• We evaluate your roof in order to draw up the best safety access system for your home.

• Using engineered and certified products, we offer the installation of ladder brackets and roof anchor points to improve the accessibility of your roof.

• As these installs are post build and haven’t been factored into the roof design, there is often restrictions to the areas of access provided by anchor points. We customise each install to ensure the best practice solution provided. 

• After carrying out any of the above works, we clear the work areas of any debris or materials left behind.

• Any debris collected from gutter cleaning is collected and placed into designated rubbish bins.

• Collected rubbish is carefully placed into rubbish bags.

• These rubbish bags are usually left in the clients household bins or removed from site. Rubbish can be removed by us by request with an additional disposal fee.

• Steel waste material is removed from site.

• A final inspection is conducted to confirm the service has been completed to the highest

standard.

• Ensuring each action on the work plan has been carried out.

• Taking note of any remaining issues or concerns.

• We guarantee our workmanship.

 On completion of the works, we pack up all equipment, tools and materials.

• Safely remove any safety barriers or signs.

• Leaving the site in a tidy and safe condition for occupants and pedestrians. 

• All records of the job, including any identified issues and actions taken will be entered into our system. This way we keep a record of all past jobs we have done for you.

• We can take cash, cheque, card and bank transfer as payment.

• If you are not home at the time of the booking, we can email the invoice to you for payment.

• Photos can be sent of the completed job on request.
